The help desk is referred to as the "engine" within Galileo as it is the first point of call for travel agents who report problems, seek technical assistance and where comments are received from users of the Galileo reservation system. There are a total of 8 members of staff at the Galileo help desk dedicated to offering satisfactory support to all our subscribers and other interested parties.

Mon - Fri: 08:00 - 17:00hrs (All staff) Mon - Fri: 13:00 - 14:00hrs (Skeleton staff) Saturday: 09:00 - 12:30hrs (Skeleton staff)
